Welcome to RAW SFX EVENTS ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the special effects services we provide for weddings, receptions, birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, and other celebrations. By booking our services or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

RAW SFX EVENTS is based in Mangalore, India and specialises in premium event special effects including Cold Pyro Sparkular, Paper Blast Confetti, Low Fog Machines, Bubble Machines, Fan Wheels, and Niagara Falls Effects.

We provide the following special effects services for events:

Service availability, specific effect quantities, and pricing are as listed on our website and may be updated from time to time at our discretion.

Prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include the cost of equipment, setup, operation, and teardown for the selected package. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.

Payment Terms:

• A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid on or before the event date.
• Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.
• All prices are inclusive of transportation within Mangalore city limits. Additional travel charges may apply for events outside the city.

Safety is our top priority. All our effects are designed to be safe for indoor and outdoor use when operated correctly by our trained professionals.

Important Safety Information:

• All Cold Pyro and spark effects are non-flammable and do not produce heat that could cause burns at the recommended safe distance.
• A minimum safe distance of 2 metres must be maintained from spark-producing equipment.
• Our team will assess the venue for safety before setting up. We reserve the right to refuse or modify the setup if venue conditions pose a safety risk.
• The Client must inform us of any venue restrictions, fire safety regulations, or special requirements in advance.
• RAW SFX EVENTS shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by guests not maintaining the recommended safe distance or interfering with the equipment.
• We carry our own safety equipment and fire extinguishers as a precaution.

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, logos, and designs — is the property of RAW SFX EVENTS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

We may photograph or video-record our effects at your event for use in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless you specifically request otherwise in writing before the event.

RAW SFX EVENTS shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, pandemics, power outages, or civil unrest. In such cases, we will work with the Client to reschedule the event or issue a full refund.

We collect personal information (name, phone number, email, event details) solely for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with you regarding your booking. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfill our services or as mandated by law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mangalore, Karnataka, India.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
